  • Held the position of Chief Financial Officer in a reputable financial institution in Kuwait.
  • Extensive exposure to a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, investment, retail, contracting, manufacturing, oil & gas, and hospitality. 
  • Delivered professional training in IFRS, CPA, and CMA certifications, along with financial analysis and corporate education, for over 15 years at reputable institutions, including Gulf University for Science and Technology, Kuwait Association for Accountants and Auditors, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

  • Over 15 years of experience in external audit and consultancy, serving as Audit Engagement Leader for various listed companies across industries such as financial services, contracting, and real estate.
  • Led audits of high-risk, multi-location clients with complex consolidations.
  • Financial Due Diligence.
  • Managed financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions across industries, including construction, oil & gas, real estate, and retail, with transactions totalling approximately KD 50 million.
  • Key contributor in financial due diligence for a major bank.
  • IFRS & IFRS Convergence.
  • Extensive experience in implementing and auditing financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) across industries such as insurance, investment, real estate, and manufacturing.
